If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our product, you may return them for a full refund minus shipping fees. Refund requests must be made within 30 days upon receiving your order. Lashes must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. If you experience an item to be defective, please email us indicating your name, order number, and issue with the lashes. We may require images for assessment. If the product is deemed defective by us, you will be eligible for a refund or a replacement of the same item. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees required for the return.
HOW TO PROCESS RETURNS
To request a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order. We will send you the guidelines, explaining the steps for sending the lashes back to us. Please allow 14 business days to see the refund back to your original method of payment.
